Who am I?

Struggling to speak despite taking language courses?

Want to learn Italian, French, or Flemish Dutch but feel too exhausted after work to attend classes?

I can help.

Hi!

Hi! I'm Chiara, and I help you finally speak.

Speak what?

The language you need for your new life abroad—to integrate into Italy or Belgium and feel more at home.

Or the language you've been trying to master for so long but can't use actively because of how courses are structured.

If I master it sufficiently, I cannot guarantee you'll speak it perfectly (except for Italian), but I can definitely help you hold a fluent conversation and enjoy the boost of happiness and self-confidence it brings.

You can fully work with me, or I can help you activate what you learn in your courses.

You have to trust the process, but you can even learn to speak from zero without live classes—even if you don't live in the country (but shhh, that's a secret).

What do people say?

And After Work?

When I'm not answering my students, I'm probably walking somewhere in Brussels while listening to music or hopping between different conversation tables, helping newcomers with French and Dutch too... or playing daf at home.

I used to work as a communication consultant (a fancy title for an admin job), but six months in, I started compulsively listening to podcasts about entrepreneurship.

When the first wave of COVID came, I decided to quit and follow what I've always enjoyed the most: helping people with language learning (#greatresignation).

Now, I help people wanting to speak Italian, Flemish Dutch, or French to activate what they've learned in class, or I offer them a method to learn it (technically applicable to any language) without taking live classes after a long workday.

Why Is Speaking So Difficult?

Speaking is often the most frustrating skill to master because it's neglected.

It requires confidence, which is built through experience - the sooner you start speaking, the faster you'll feel confident.

A good articulation and pronunciation can help cover possible grammar mistakes, making you feel less embarrassed.

Want to start speaking without spending more time in front of a screen?

I can help you create a learning routine that fits into your life—without adding extra hours at your desk.

Whether you want to activate what you've already learned in class (without dropping the course), or you're ready to work with me from scratch, I’ll guide you toward consistent oral practice—delivered in small, manageable steps.

Not sure where to begin?

Or maybe you're not quite ready to start working with me directly?

That’s okay. There’s a way forward—no pressure, no overwhelm. I’ll meet you where you are.

I'm from Lecco, a small town on Lake Como in Italy, but I've been living in—and loving—Brussels since 2018.

I speak Italian, English, French, Persian, and Flemish Dutch.

And here's a little throwback: this is me teaching Italian in Hungarian back in 2011...
