I have been working with Chiara for 7 months now, with the goal of improving my ability to converse in Dutch. My listening and reading level were already somewhat decent, but speaking was at zero, and in that I have seen a great progression.
Overall, my command of Dutch improved from basic/A1 till approx. B1 level. My problem was mainly begin and withstand active conversation, and with her innovative method via whatsapp (which I initially found unusual), frequent recorded messages and her timely corrections /feedback, we have managed to overcome my reticence and I now approach Dutch conversations more naturally.
Besides her feedback, I could directly observe improvements in my everyday life, and I find myself casually striking conversation with strangers in Dutch (holiday, cab driver, etc..) and at work/faimly. I can attest that her methods work: my confidence with this language has much improved vs past. Chiara comes thoroughly recommended, if you really want to see results.

As an Iranian engineer living and working in Italy, I found myself needing to speak and understand italian like my Italian friends and colleagues. I started with Chiara a few years ago, and since then improved multiple languages.
With her method, I feel that I am learning differently because I can better “digest” the content. People think they will learn mostly during the class, but that can be simply a touchbase and you will mainly remember what you understood on your own, during the rest of the week.
I love her insights about pronunciation nuances, and I think about it every time somebody speaks to me at work, for example.
Finally, what I like about the course and the method is the chance to use the material off-line (asynchronously), which is perfect for the kind of job that I do, and in general for busy people who still want to make improvements with any language.
